During its session today, the Constitutional Court of Armenia adopted several decisions and declared them constitutional, as reported on the Facebook page of the Constitutional Court.
Among the decisions are the decision on determining conformity of a loan agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development with the Constitution, the decision on conformity of the commitments enshrined in the Protocol on Armenia’s accession to the November 12, 2014 Agreement on the procedure for protection of confidential information and liability for release of confidential information while exercising powers for oversight by the Eurasian Economic Union over observance of the common rules for competition and the decision on determining conformity of parts 7 and 8 of Article 1087.2 of the Civil Code of Armenia with the Constitution, based on the application of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.
