There have been accumulations on the Georgian-Armenian border over the past few days. Georgia has created problems for Armenian individuals and companies transferring produce from Iran, and more than 60 cars are stuck on the border. This is what deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Tigran Karapetyan stated during a question-and-answer session with government officials in parliament today.

He asked Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan whether this issue was discussed during his visit to Georgia or not.

“The Prime Minister of Georgia and I discussed the matter and agreed that transit cars will be escorted and if the receiving country has no objection, the cars will be delivered to their owners. Today the government held talks with the receiving countries, and it seems there is no problem,” Pashinyan said.
