Presidential candidate of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Davit Babayan and his team today visited the Martuni and Hadrut regions of Artsakh, as reported the pre-election headquarters of leader of the Conservative Party of Artsakh Davit Babayan. He said the primary goal is to turn Artsakh into a democratic and social state and added that the other objectives are to increase effectiveness of public administration, ensure justice and lead the right human resource policy. The candidate said he will promote the development of small and medium-sized businesses and ease their tax burden and promised to continue to be active in politics, regardless of the results of the elections.

During a meeting with the residents of Jivani village, the presidential candidate talked about the problems with the settlement that is in the process of being resettled. “All the villagers are certain that road construction will lay the foundation for the solutions to all issues. However, the presidential candidate also talked about the actions to be carried out in other sectors as well,” the press release reads.
