YEREVAN. – The criminal case against president of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan and Norayr Panosyan, former Head of the Legality Oversight Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice and whose wedding best man was Tovmasyan, has been sent to the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia, along with the respective indictment. Marina Ohanjanyan, Spokesperson for the Special Investigation Service, said this in response to a query by Armenian News-NEWS.am

Tovmasyan and Panosyan are charged with abuse of official power, which negligently caused grave consequences.
