President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Bako Sahakyan today granted state awards and certificates for honorary titles to a group of people having made achievements in various fields.

President Sahakyan congratulated the attendees and stated that they highly contribute to the country’s advancement through their prolific and longstanding activities.

The head of state also emphasized that the government values and appreciates their patriotic acts and expressed confidence that they will continue with the same vigor and that their work will continue to be fruitful.
