The Yerevan court of general jurisdiction, under the chairmanship of Judge Vahe Misakyan, has permitted third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan to leave for Europe on a working visit. Serzh Sargsyan’s attorney Amram Makinyan confirmed the news during a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Serzh Sargsyan, Barsegh Beglaryan, Samvel Galstyan and Gevorg Harutyunyan are charged with organizing, inciting and assisting embezzlement or squander in particularly large amounts, and Sergo Karapetyan is charged with embezzlement or squander in particularly large amounts.
