Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan today signed a decision on approving the action ensuring enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On establishing the procedure for cadastral evaluation approximated to the market value of real estate for the purpose of taxing with real estate tax”.
