Judge Anna Danibekyan, who is the judge for the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, has denied the motion for self-recusal.
The motion was filed by the ex-president’s attorneys Hayk Alumyan and Aram Vardevanyan during the previous trial, and the decision can’t be appealed.
The next trial is scheduled to take place on March 10.
