Commander of the Defense Army of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), Major General Jalal Harutyunyan today hosted a reception with personnel, including several officers presented for promotion, as reported the news service of the Defense Army.

The army commander asked for details of the biographies of the newly appointed military officials and congratulated them on being appointed to higher positions.

The officers presented for promotions expressed gratitude to the commander of the Defense Army for the trust and assured that they will do everything possible to fully meet the expectations of the higher commanders.
