Lawyer of Yerevan neighborhood “authority”, Lusine Sahakyan, posted the footage of the police invasion to Aram Vardanyan and his family’s houses.

As reported earlier, hundreds of police officers have attacked the houses belonging to [neighborhood “authority”] Aram Vardanyan and his relatives in Yerevan on the night of March 4.

As a result of police actions, his son and two others were apprehended and two more were detained, one of whom is Vardanyan's nephew and the other—a neighbor. They were released on the evening of March 6.

The search at Aram Vardanyan’s house continued during the day yesterday. Investigators conducting the search had presented the search warrant to his lawyers. According to this court order, they were looking for weapons and ammunition in Vardanyan's house; but not finding such items, they took video recordings related to his personal life.
