Sudanese Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok has survived an assassination attempt in Khartoum, Reuters reported referring to the Sudanese state television.
The politician is now in a safe place. Images showed a convoy including several damaged SUVs and a badly damaged car.
Abdullah Hamdok was appointed to the PM in August 2019 after the overthrow of long-time President Omar al-Bashir.
