Political and public figure Mihran Hakobyan detailed why he was summoned to the Investigative Committee of Armenia for questioning.
"I was summoned to the Arabkir Investigation Division today for a criminal investigation as a witness," he wrote, in particular, on Facebook. “It turned out that the case is related to the loss of property in the National Assembly [(NA)], which relates to me to the extent that the computer in my former office in the NA is missing.
As a result of the search, it was decided that I should be questioned and answer the question whether I know where my former office computer is.
What is noteworthy is that I handed over my office in the NA in December 2018 with relevant documents.
Now it turns out that the recordings of the cameras at the NA corridors were not saved, and the NA cannot find the computer I handed over to the NA staff, together with the office.
I have responded [to the Arabkir Investigative Department] that handed over the computer in documented fashion, and now I have no idea where that computer may be."
