The Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia has approved the indictment under the case of President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan and Norayr Panosyan, whose best man is Hrayr Tovmasyan, and has forwarded the case to court. The news was confirmed by Head of the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia Arevik Khachatryan.
Tovmasyan and Panosyan are charged for abuse of official powers that negligently caused grave consequences.
