A regional governor, the Prime Minister or minister can’t solve any problem with sewerage since this is a problem that a mayor or the Council of Elders of a city needs to solve. This is what Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told a citizen complaining about several problems such as the sewerage system during a meeting with citizens of Agarak of Syunik Province today.
“You need to gather the residents of your apartment building and establish a condominium, which has to solve your problems with the fees that you pay and some help from the municipality,” Pashinyan stated.
Starting today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is on leave to participate in the YES campaign for the constitutional referendum.
Today the Prime Minister is in Syunik Province.
The constitutional referendum is set to take place on April 5.
