YEREVAN. – Past daily of Armenia writes: Past newspaper received interesting information about another very interesting political decision taken by the upper ranks of the power.

Accordingly, they have “made it understood” to all the judges of the administrative court that from now on, the judgments against the state must be reduced to minimum, if not entirely possible to rule them out, and those already made shall be overturned.

What does all this mean? One of our interlocutor lawyers points out that if there really is such an internal decision, it would simply be a serious blow, especially to small and medium-sized businesses, such as drivers, etc., as primarily, tax penalties, traffic police acts, and so on are appealed at the administrative court.

And now it turns out that whatever decision the relevant state bodies make, the court will leave it unchanged.
