Narek Samsonyan, President of the "Civil Consciousness" NGO of Armenia, has informed that he has been called to the Special Investigation Service (SIS).

"As soon as our campaign posters appeared on the streets of Yerevan, I received another summons from the SIS," he wrote, in particular, on Facebook. “We have decided to participate in the [NO] campaign [for the upcoming constitutional referendum], and we are going to preach an active boycott.

Against this background, I receive another summons from the SIS, but this time to find out about the end of the investigation into the famous ‘duplicity’ case.

We are going to have a big [press] conference with the lawyers on this topic, and as the case is already being sent to court, a bigger political show will be ensured."
