The case of President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan and Norayr Panosyan, whose best man is Hrayr Tovmasyan, has been inscribed to Judge Tatevik Grigoryan of the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction, as reported Head of the Department of Public Relations and Protocol of the Judicial Department of Armenia.

President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan is charged with abuse of official powers, while Norayr Panosyan is charged with abuse of official powers that negligently caused grave consequences.
