YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, the situation is not very calm inside the Yerevan Municipality, whereas Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan is on vacation these days.

(…) the mayor has decided to depart for a short vacation to the Czech Republic—to his father-in-law.

Zhoghovurd daily tried to find out from mayor’s spokesperson Hakob Karapetyan what the reason is for the mayor's vacation? It turned out that Karapetyan is also on vacation, but he replied: "The vacation is conditioned by the RA Labor Code". However, he declined to say where Hayk Marutyan is spending his vacation.

According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, the situation in the municipality is not calm, and even inside they do not rule out that Hayk Marutyan will leave his post after the referendum on constitutional amendments to take place on April 5.
