The Government of the Republic of Armenia has made a decision to allocate amount equivalent to €7,800 from the Government Reserve Fund to comply with the requirements of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judgment in the Nikolyan v. Armenia case as fair compensation as set forth in the judgment. The deadline for payment of this compensation is April 3.

And according to another government decision, amount equivalent to €10,000  has been allocated from the Government Reserve Fund to comply with the requirements of the ECHR judgment in the case of Tosunyan v. Armenia as fair compensation as set forth in the judgment. The deadline for payment of this compensation is April 16.
