I am not surprised that the mayor of Yerevan does not exist at this accountable in time, and, as the head of civil defense, he is not interested in the capital city (because he is generally irresponsible). Ani Samsonyan, a member of the opposition Bright Armenia faction in parliament, wrote this on Facebook.
