The number of people infected with coronavirus in Iran has reached 13,983, said Iranian health ministry’s spokesperson Kianush Jahanpour.
According to him, 4,790 people have already recovered. The death toll has reached 724.
The coronavirus outbreak was recorded at the end of December 2019 in the most populous city of China - Wuhan. WHO has called an outbreak a pandemic.
