Member of the Iranian Assembly of Experts has died of a coronavirus, IRNA reported.

The politician died in one of the hospitals in the city of Qom, where he was hospitalized two days before.

The Iranian health ministry reported the country's first coronavirus cases on February 19. According to the latest official data, the number of coronavirus cases in Iran has reached 13 938, and at least 724 deaths have been recorded.
