At the moment, [former President of the Football Federation of Armenia and ex MP] Ruben Hayrapetyan's departure from the Republic of Armenia, as well as from the airport, has been unlawfully blocked. His lawyer Amram Makinyan wrote about this on Facebook.
"I have submitted a crime report," he added.
On February 4, Ruben Hayrapetyan was apprehended on the way home, on suspicion of possessing illegal weapons and ammunition. He was released after three hours in police custody.
