YEREVAN. – Changes have been made regarding the date and time to the draft decision on declaring a state of emergency in Armenia.

At the very beginning of the government’s special meeting after the recess, presenting these changes, Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan said that the start of the state of emergency was set for 6:30pm—instead of 5pm—on Monday, March 16, and the end on April 14—instead of April 16 until 5 p.m..

The draft decision was adopted with some amendments and forwarded to the National Assembly, where a special session will start shortly.
