YEREVAN. – The Constitutional Court of Armenia is holding a session Tuesday to determine the constitutionality of several articles in a number of laws, and on the basis of the respective presidential application.
The court will also consider the constitutionality of Armenia’s obligations under the agreement on the transboundary transfer of hazardous waste through the customs territory of Eurasian Economic Union, and under the Armenia-Singapore agreement on trade in services and investment.
