Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced a $15.4 billion to help protect his country from the effects of the coronavirus outbreak.
Erdogan urged banks not to limit loans and companies not to cut jobs after Turkey reported 98 coronavirus cases.
The president also called on citizens to stay at home if possible during three weeks and to minimize social contacts until the coronavirus threat disappears.
