Armenian police new chief Arman Sargsyan highlighted the needs for reforms. His remarks came at a meeting with the country's PM Nikol Pashinyan on Friday.
According to him, the process of self-cleaning should be considered as a priority to ensure public safety and the fight against crime.
“Thank you for your concern regarding the police and law enforcement agencies in general,” he said. “And I attach great importance to the cooperation between our structures.”
