Russia will be restricting air communication with Turkey as of Monday, but maintaining regular and charter flights to Istanbul only to return Russians to their homeland, RIA Novosti reported citing the Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia.
"Regular flights from Moscow to Istanbul will be maintained from 00:00 on March 23, whereas the charter flights—provided all Russian citizens are transferred," the agency said.
