Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia began with a tribute to the victims of the four-day war in April 2016.
“Today is the fourth anniversary of the four-day war in April. I propose that we pay tribute to the memory of all our victims with a minute of silence," Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the start of the session, and then all members of the government stood up to observe a minute of silence.
