Deputy of the Prosperous Armenia faction of the National Assembly Sergey Bagratyan suggests restarting operation in certain sectors starting from April 21. This is what he wrote on his Facebook page.
He added that operation should resume in the sectors of agriculture, construction and services in observance of the security regime which will provide the opportunity to overcome the economic consequences of the coronavirus.
