US president Donald Trump had declared a major disaster amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Fox News reported.
According to Deputy Press Secretary Judd Deere, he is the first US president that has ever declared a major disaster in all 50 states at once.
At least 20,071 people have died in the US due from coronavirus - the death toll has surprassed the one in hard-hit Italy.
