By the decision of Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Avinyan, who is also the Commandant for the state of emergency declared in the country, restrictions have been set in Norashen village of Ararat Province until April 18 (11:59 p.m.), that is, entry and exit of persons and vehicles into and from the village, except for supply of first necessity items, accessories, food, medicine and fuel.
