Judge Lusine Abgaryan of the Criminal Court of Appeal is examining the appeal of the attorneys of former chairman of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan against the decision to extend arrest.
Gagik Khachatryan is charged with abuse of official position and squander in particularly large amount. The criminal case concerns the alleged crimes committed during Gagik Khachatryan’s term of office.
