The Information Headquarters of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that a change has been made to the April 14 decision taken by the Commandant for the emergency situation declared in the country.
Based on the new decision, the temporary restrictions on the right of people to freedom of movement in the Mirik, Moshatagh and Tsitsernavank villages of Kashatagh region have been lifted.
