By the new decision of the Commandant for the emergency situation declared in the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), the self-isolation requirement for driver citizens of Artsakh transporting cargo and their accompaniers, who are also citizens of Artsakh, has been lifted, as reported on the Facebook page of the Information Headquarters of Artsakh.
