Commandant for the state of emergency in Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan has signed a new decision banning the operation of businesses in the cities of Yerevan, Vedi, Ararat and Yeghegnadzor for 24 hours on the basis of monitoring conducted on April 20 and 21.
