YEREVAN. - We have not rejected any of our claims, Armenia’s first president, leader of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Ter-Petrosyan stated at the ANC rally on Thursday.

He responded to accusation of his opponents who condemned him for separating three demands out of previous 15 demands of opposition during the rally held on March 15.

According to him, it is impossible to solve any problem, including social demands, without release of political prisoners, access to Liberty Square and launching of a new stage of the March 1 investigation.

He considers that pointing out three demands was completely justified, while accusations are unfounded.

As to calls of the radical opposition to start acting as soon as possible, Ter-Petrosyan said these appeals are made by people who never move on from words to deeds.
