Taking into consideration the records drawn up after monitoring conducted on April 22, Commandant for the state of emergency declared in Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan has decided to ban the operation of branches of businesses in the cities of Yerevan and Vanadzor for 24 hours.
