With 92 votes “in favor” and 18 abstained votes, the National Assembly of Armenia today voted in favor of the package of laws on making amendments and supplements to the Labor Code and related laws in the first reading.
In accordance with the specified laws, if employees can work remotely, employers must not state this as absence and shall be obliged to maintain the salary in the full amount.
