YEREVAN. – The National Assembly Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs gave a negative conclusion to the draft tabled by opposition Prosperous Armenia faction MP Gevorg Petrosyan, whereby he was proposing not to apply the statute of limitations for the accountability for the overthrow of the constitutional order.
The proposal was rejected with 2 votes in favor, 3 against, and 4 abstentions.
