The Information Headquarters of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that the border checkpoint of Kovsakan will be reopened on May 2 at 9 a.m. and that the restrictions regulated by the decisions of the Commandant for emergency situation at the remaining three border checkpoints will continue to be in effect at this checkpoint.
