Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited Mehakavan on Wednesday and presented state awards to a group of Defense Army personnel for the personal courage shown in defending Artsakh borders.
The president got acquainted with the living conditions of the military, gave relevant instructions to address some tasks.
Sahakyan was accompanied by the Artsakh security council secretary Arshavir Gharamyan, defense minister Jalal Harutyunyan, and other officials.
