Armenian parliament speaker Ararat Mirzoyan, who arrived in Artsakh on an official visit, met with his Artsakh counterpart Ashot Ghulyan.

Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated his colleague on the Day of the liberation of Shushi and reaffirmed that the Artsakh issue should be resolved based on the right to free self-determination of the Artsakh people.

During the discussion, the parties summed up the results of cooperation between the parliaments of both republics.
