The hero of Artsakh, General Vitaly Balasanyan, and a group of representatives of the Justice party of Karabakh visited the Stepanakert memorial complex on May 9.
They laid flowers at the monument in memory of those killed in the Second World War and the graves of those who fell in the Artsakh war.
