Armenian parliament MPs unanimously voted Monday for the bill amending the Criminal Code on forcing parents to abandon their newborns.
This legislative initiative was supported by 92 MPs.
Thus, criminal liability will be introduced in Armenia for forcing parents to abandon their newborns via threats.
