Gohar Panajyan, adviser to the Minister of Health of Armenia Arsen Torosyan, has died. Panajyan's husband, Varuzhan Mardanyan, informed about this.
“Today my unique Gohar Gohar Panajyan passed away after a serious illness—full of unfulfilled dreams in the soul," he wrote on social media.
