The United States - along with its allies - is not abandoning attempts to use the COVID-19 pandemic to impose its vision of the world order, forcing a confrontation, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
His remarks came at the opening of the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) FMs, TASS reported.
“The rules, as you may know, are being invented by them themselves,” he said.
