The Information Headquarters of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has reported that amendments have been made to the April 13 decision of the Commandant for the emergency situation declared in Artsakh, and based on the amendments, Representative for Media Relations, Advisor to the President of Artsakh Tigran Abrahamyan (upon consent) has been replaced by Head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Staff of the State Minister of Artsakh Samvel Balayan.
