The Armenian government will most likely extend the period of the state of emergency for 30 days, starting from May 14 (5 p.m.) and ending on June 13 (5 p.m.).

The decision will be submitted for consideration during the government’s May 14 session. The decision states that the emergency situation caused as a result of the coronavirus continues to pose a threat to the lives and health of the population and may lead to disruption of normal life of people.
