Armenian ministry of territorial development and infrastructures has recorded the COVID-19 case, deputy PM Tigran Avinyan said on Thursday.
According to him, minister Suren Papikyan at that moment was self-isolated.
As Avinyan noted, that why it is he who makes a report on the next issue, which relates to the implementation of redistribution in the state budget of Armenia for 2020.
